At Delulu, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received the wrong product.
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and unwashed.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Used, washed, or altered items.
• Customized jerseys with printed names, numbers, or special requests.
• Orders where the customer selected the wrong size after confirmation.

Exchange Policy

If there is a manufacturing defect, wrong size sent by us, or incorrect product delivered, we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.

Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

• The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
• A return request is approved after verification.
• A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled by Delulu.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.

Shipping Costs

• If the mistake is made by Delulu (wrong item, damaged item, defective product), Delulu will bear the exchange shipping cost.
• If the customer wishes to exchange due to personal preference, size selection error, or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all delivery and return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Damaged Parcel

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please inform the delivery person and contact our support team immediately with photos or videos as proof.
